What locations do you cover?
Snapshotz covers the whole of Moreton Bay Regional Council Area, such as Bribie Island, Caboolture, Northlakes, Petrie, Redcliffe and Strathpine , aswell as some area's around Sommerset Council region such as Kilcoy. Sunshine Coast regional council including Glasshouse Mountains area and Northern area's of Brisbane City council such as Chermside, Sandgate and other suburbs north of the River are included too. Snapshotz can cover sessions/weddings outside these area's all over Australia, though travel fee's will be additional cost.
How do i book a portrait session?
Portrait sessions can be booked in a number of ways via email, call, txt message but the easiest and most preferrable way is by using the booking form which can be found here: http://www.snapshotzphotography.com.au/portraitbooking.html After completing the booking form, Snapshotz will be in contact with you within 24 hours to discuss your booking, you will then be issued an Invoice for your deposit to secure your booking, once payment has been made, Snapshotz will confirm your booking.
How do i book a wedding?
To start your wedding coverage process with Snapshotz we prefer you use the "book a consultation" form found here: http://www.snapshotzphotography.com.au/consultation.html This is 100% free and you are under no obligation to continue to use my service if that is what you so choose. After the consultation, if you decide to continue with Snapshotz, we will issue a wedding contract for you to complete, a wedding day contact form for you to complete and your Invoice which will be used to make your deposit and periodical payments if you choose to use our payment plan options. Once your depoist is recieved you will recieve a booking confirmation.
What happens if i cancel a booking?
Portraits: Snapshotz understands that sometimes things don't always go to plan, if you are unable to reschedule your portrait session to an alternative day, then all money paid minus the booking fee and expenses such as specific props or backdrops, will be refunded. If for some reason Snapshotz can not honour your booking and is unable to reschedule all monies including the deposit will be refunded.
Weddings & Occasions/ Other: If for any reason your wedding coverage or occasion is cancelled and can not be rescheduled, all money paid less the deposit and expenses such as Air fares, Accommodation, Fuel and Meals, will be refunded. If this is the case you will be provided with receipts of expenses as proof of purchase. If coverage is cancelled by Snapshotz Photography and not rescheduled all money paid will be refunded.
How long do portrait sessions take?
Portrait sessions are allocated a maximum of one hour, if all goes well, your session might only be 30 minutes or so. Sessions with extended families involved can take a lot longer then an hour, you will also require more images, so are charged additional fee's.
Weddings and Locations are allocated time frames depending on the booking, the time frames for these can be stretched longer for an additional fee.
How do i get my images?
Images are provided first as a downloadable file from dropbox. This is 100% safe and secure, only those with the link can download and you do not need dropbox yourself to access your files. Portrait session's will also be provided with a disk of images sent to your home with your selected prints via Australia Post, Wedding Clients will recieve a custom USB of your images sent to your home with your prints and photobook extra's.
Can i buy more images?
How long until i receive my images?
Most images are provided within 14 days, weddings and occasions could take 4-8weeks.
Can i pay my session or wedding off?
Yes. Payment is required in full prior to the day however. And your deposit is required within 48hours. Additional Prints / Canvas's can be paid off too , though they will not be received until full payment is made, and will only be ordered by Snapshotz once full payment is made.
Can your services be gifted?
YES! Portrait sessions can be pre purchased and gifted to loved ones.
Print credits can also be pruchased to give as a wedding gift.
